Automation for Greenhouses

Rain branch / Watering and spraying ramp

Rain branch / Greenhouse ramp

The rain branch is an advanced automated system for precise watering and treating plants in greenhouses and glasshouses.

The system automatically moves along the greenhouse, and the operating mode can be adjusted to individual zones. Depending on the needs of the plants, each zone can be defined speed of movement, the intensity of watering or spraying and the desired operating mode.

The rain branch can be activated at predefined intervals or at a specific time, which achieves even and repeatable distribution of water or treatment agent over the entire cultivation area.

We install ramps from the renowned Italian manufacturer MosaGreen.

Working methods

Watering

Using specially arranged sprinklers, water is evenly distributed from the branch itself, creating a watering method similar to natural rainfall.

By changing the speed of the ramp, it is possible to precisely regulate the amount of water applied to each zone.

Plant treatment/spraying

The rain branch can also be used for automated plant treatment.

For this purpose, the system is equipped with dispenser for proportional mixing of water and treatment agents, together with appropriate micro-sprayers or nozzles.

In this way, it is possible to achieve uniform and controlled application of the product over the entire growing area.

Remote control option

With the remote control option, the operator can manually move the sprinkler, start or stop watering or spraying, and regulate the speed of movement.

This option is particularly useful when monitoring plant treatment, testing the system or manually positioning the boom.
